comments: I've been using Nod 32 for my Antivirus for a couple of years now and it works like a charm. Version 3.0 sports a different type of interface, which, on the face of it, looks very good from a visual standpoint, but isn't as intuitive with a screenreader. To get to the different options, I found that I had to use my JAWS cursor a lot and do a lot of cursor routing. That's not a bad thing, but I do think it could possibly use some scripts, or maybe set files could be made for those using Win-eyes to make it a bit easier to use. The program can be set to download new virus definitions as they become available, and it's definitely a powerful tool you can have in your fight against viruses. It's reliability and ability to get rid of threats makes this a program to definitely look at. It's not a free solution like AVG, but it's the only antivirus software I'll use from now on.

comments: I upgraded to this when my license expired; after discovering how useless the interface is, I went back to version 2.7. When I get antivirus software, I expect it to be useful and intuitive, with a hassle-free interface. What I got with version 3 was too much trouble to deal with. It may work reliably, but I had so little control over options and functions that I tossed it. I don't know what will happen when we computer users eventually have to upgrade to a new version of Windows that Nod32 2.7 won't work with. It's a good thing my new license works with version 2.7.
